Job Overview

As an Inbox Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage inbox tasks for your designated clients. You’ll start by helping them reach “inbox zero” (an organized, clutter-free inbox). From there, you’ll gradually take on more tasks, including email responses, scheduling, customer service, content creation, and more. You’ll work Monday to Friday, at the same time each day, with the flexibility to choose your own working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbox Management: Help clients keep their inboxes clean and organized.
  • Email Response: Reply to client emails in a tone and style that matches the client’s needs.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointments and coordinate tasks.
  • Content Creation: Draft newsletters and other communication materials.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Team Coordination: Work on client projects and assist in team management tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with spelling and grammar.
  • Proficiency in Gmail and Outlook.
  • A love for systems, organization, and process management.
  • Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.

  • The ability to adapt your writing style to match different clients.
