Job Overview
As a Patient Access Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients. Your main responsibility is to provide high-quality service to patients by answering calls, assisting with appointment scheduling, and ensuring all necessary information is collected. - Work Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) Monday through Saturday between 8 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time.
- Equipment: Company-provided laptop, monitor, and headset. A quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $16.63 – $24.94 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
