Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Ticketing and Dock Attendant
Job Description Bricktown Water Taxi is now hiring Part-Time Customer Service Representatives for the 2025 season! If you enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ticketing and Dock Attendants. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Although this is a seasonal role, employment typically lasts until late fall. Evening and weekend shifts are available, making it a great option for those with other commitments. Prior experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative – Ticketing and Dock Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers. Your role is crucial in ensuring an enjoyable experience for visitors.
- Assist customers at the ticket booth or assigned locations
- Provide directions and answer visitor questions about Bricktown
- Handle incoming calls and online inquiries professionally
- Process bookings using our computerized point-of-sale system
- Manage cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with passenger rebookings as per company policy
Skills and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Treat customers and co-workers with respect and professionalism
- Uphold high ethical standards
- Have an outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be comfortable using computers
- Be punctual and reliable
- Pass a background check and drug test
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
- Cash handling or cashier experience
