Job Overview
MarketStar is looking for an Order Operations Specialist to support the Google Workspace for Education team. This role involves managing order processing, partner enablement, and internal support for ordering operations. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for process improvement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for Workspace for Education order processing and escalations.
- Build and maintain partner-facing resources for ordering best practices.
- Train and support internal teams to enhance their understanding of ordering processes.
- Develop product conversion pathways and streamline discount programs.
- Identify and resolve revenue recognition inconsistencies within Google’s systems.
- Oversee order management team and ensure discount practices align with quality standards.
- Assist partners in onboarding, agreements, and participation in Google Chrome’s partner program.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in order processing and operations.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with Google products (preferred).
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
- High-level communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to collaborate in a transparent and efficient manner.

Location: Remote (USA)
Salary Range: $64,000 – $67,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time
