What You’ll Do as a Team Member
As a Team Member, your main role is to provide outstanding customer service and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Taking and processing orders accurately using the POS system.
- Preparing and serving high-quality food following safety guidelines.
- Keeping workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Following brand standards and company policies.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome energetic and dedicated individuals who enjoy working with people. While previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, it is not required.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to bend, twist, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
