Position Overview
As a Liquor Cashier, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, assisting members with purchases, and ensuring compliance with liquor sales regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with purchases and inquiries.
- Stock and organize liquor merchandise, ensuring proper pricing and signage.
- Operate cash registers and process payments, returns, and refunds.
- Monitor and reduce shrink by securing high-value items and checking for concealed merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with liquor sales policies by verifying customer identification and completing required documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to follow company policies and legal requirements for liquor sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail or cashier experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (plus possible additional premiums based on schedule, location, and other factors).
