Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook large quantities of food following menus and dietary guidelines.
• Clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, or poultry as needed.
• Ensure food is prepared according to special dietary or nutritional restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen appliances, equipment, and work areas.
• Serve meals to patients, employees, and visitors in the cafeteria.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment.
• Take inventory of supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
• Bake breads, rolls, and pastries as required.
• Assist in training new employees to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
