Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Oversee daily food service production and follow food safety guidelines.
- Train new team members and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Maintain proper food preparation, sanitation, and timekeeping standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure stock availability.
- Handle cash, lottery procedures, and follow cash control policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and restroom upkeep.
- Attend all mandatory store meetings and stay updated on policies.
- Follow and enforce safety, uniform, and loss prevention policies.
- Communicate any concerns or issues with leadership.
- Complete all assigned tasks to achieve shift goals.
Qualifications

- Prior food service experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Occasionally work in cold environments.
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $16.55 – $17.05 per hour
- Compensation is based on experience, skills, training, and business needs.
