Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and maintain accurate records while representing PROTEOR USA professionally and courteously.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and social media).
- Follow established communication procedures, scripts, and company guidelines.
- Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate information.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process orders, exchanges, and refunds while advising customers on warranties and terms of sale.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and company policies.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare customer service reports and analyze feedback to improve overall satisfaction.
- Go the extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience.

Education & Experience

- At least four years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when needed.
