This role involves managing customer service interactions, coordinating shipments, and ensuring seamless logistics operations across our domestic and international networks. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data related to shipments and logistics.
• Communicate daily with customers, addressing inquiries and providing top-tier customer service.
• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Assist customers with shipping concerns, tracking updates, and delivery statuses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to streamline logistics operations.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all logistics tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field.

  Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
