• Process transactions accurately and follow company payment policies.
• Promote wellness services, products, and special programs.
• Keep accurate records and update customer information in the database.

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent (associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• Two years of experience in a wellness center, spa, or medical office (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
