Key Responsibilities for Asphalt Paving Laborer Job
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies while performing duties.
- Operate various tools and equipment such as jackhammers, compressors, rakes, brooms, and other construction tools.
- Assist with asphalt paving tasks including preparing surfaces, spreading materials, and smoothing asphalt.
- Help with moving tools, materials, and construction equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.

Physical Requirements
